Pizza/Tart Ideas
I made a lovely pizza tart the other day, so thought I would share the concept with you. The idea came from Annabel Langbein's Caramelised Onion & Goat's Cheese Tart recipe. I used our quick mix pizza base which is gluten, grain, nut, egg and soy free. You only need to add water and mix. I topped it with caramelised onions, goat feta, walnuts and thyme. So simple, quick, and easy to make, and not at all messy. Tastes great and looks amazing. Then I tried using the base for a sweet option and made an Apple Frangipane Tart. This turned out very well too. The pizza mix is versatile and makes it easy to produce nice food quickly and easily for people who are gluten or grain free, or on restricted diets.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
