If you have a friend, family member-Nan, Koro, Grandparents, Aunt, Uncle or Super Awesome Human...With this, we also offer non- income tested subsidies for each child ( so no matter what you and your family earn- this does not matter). I will visit you and your children once per month, bringing out a monthly activity for the children to play with!!
We also help out with subsidising zoo passes, swimming passes and more. If you are interested or you know someone that may be keen to join our programme I would love to come out and tell you all about it!!!

Child Care and Preschool Education at home

Playschool Education’s Programme Co-Ordinator’s, alongside of the Educator, plan and implement Learning and Development strands and goals following Te Whariki, the Early Childhood Curriculum in New Zealand. Te Whariki provides a framework to guide children’s learning. Te Whariki is founded on the following aspirations for children: “To grow up as confident learners and communicators, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in the sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society”

Our programme is unique and personalised and will provide your child with an education programme that meets their individual needs and requirements.

Playschool is licensed by the Ministry of Education and audited by the Education Review Office (ERO) ensuring that the programme your child receives is of a high standard and meets their educational needs.

Because Playschool is a totally FREE service including all the resources, we provide for you as a parent you can now ensure your child gets the best educational support without the financial strain on your family.

Playschool offers non-income tested subsidies to every child of up to $4.20 per hour (depends on age) that’s right every child regardless of your financial position can receive a Playschool subsidy. As we are also WINZ and OSCAR approved, we may also be able to access government funding to assist you to pay for your home-based childcare.
