Poll: POLL: Should the Bluff Club Hotel be demolished?

Georgia Weaver Reporter from Southland Times

On Wedneday, resource consent hearing commissioner Peter Constantine decline the Southland Bluff Oyster and Food Festival Charitable Trust's request for permission to demolish category 2 heritage building The Bluff Club Hotel.

In his decision summary, Constatine said he was concerned by a "significant lack of detail in the application to be able to definitively rule out the potential for alternative outcomes" for the building.

Do you think the trust should have been allowed to demolish the building?
