Energy Healing is our natural ancient medicine and is a powerful healing modality accessible to all who feel the impulse to connect with it. This workshop is for beginners as well as people who have experience and want to learn more techniques and have more practice.
If you've felt a divine nudge to explore the ever expanding world of energy healing, then this workshop is for you.
We'll be diving into experiences to help you tangibly feel and work with energy, raise your own vibration, clear your energy field and someone else's, you'll learn hand positions, how to balance your chakras, and you'll activate your spiritual 8th chakra to ignite your connection to the divine universal healing energy.
This workshop will be light, loving, encouraging and a kind supportive place to experiment, heal and expand together. You'll be supported to give healing a go in mini sessions, and you'll have the pleasure of receiving a healing.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
