Introduction to NZ Wine + WSET Level 1

Are you a future wine buff? Working in hospitality but want to learn more and further your career?

If you want to develop a nose for New Zealand wine, this is the perfect introduction. Learn the language of wine, and become comfortable with aromas, flavours, structural characteristics and more!

The course material covers interesting topics such as:
New Zealand's leading wine regions and producers
The key grape varieties that dominate wine in New Zealand
Types and styles of wines

Includes WSET Level 1, and a copy of Celia's book, "New Zealand Wine Guide".

The exam is run on the third day of this course. To order the WSET Exam, your payment needs to be confirmed 10 days prior to the start of the course. To gain the qualification students need to successfully pass a multiple-choice paper of 30 questions.
