Free Meditation Course
Welcome to a free two-evening introductory 'learn meditation' course in Mt Eden, covering the key steps in getting started. Includes an overview of the main essentials and techniques of meditation with guideline notes.
When: Monday April 1 and Thursday April 4; from 7.00pm – 9.00pm nightly.
