Free Classes for Kids and Adults - Open Week
Hey everyone,
There is a open week for free self defence classes from 25th - 29th March. They have karate classes for adults and kids, or womens box fit classes. I go to the classes myself, and its a fun way to stay fit.
Class details as follows:
Kids Karate Classes
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 530-630pm
Teens & Adults Karate Classes
Monday - 530pm - 630pm
Wednesday & Friday - 630pm - 8pm
Ladies Box Fit Classes
Tuesday & Thursday - 630pm - 730pm
All new members for the karate classes who signup by the 7th April will receive a free uniform.
