Music, Mantras, Sacred Chants
A free evening of meditation exercises, interactive kirtan-style mantric songs, and suggestions/help in deepening your own meditation practice. We’ll have some vegetarian food afterwards as well. Surprise yourself and come to this informal, fun, inspirational evening at Golden Grove Montessori School. Plenty of street parking available.
Group meditation with like-minded people is always uplifting and powerful, and mantric songs and chants are another effective way of silencing the mind and opening the spiritual heart, greatly helping us in deepening our meditation experience. Tonight’s class will share a number of simple mantras and several guided meditation exercises.
