Free transport to snorkel events
We’ve arranged for some FREE minibuses to make sure everyone who wants to come to our popular snorkelling events can make it on 2nd & 9th March (there’s limited car parking on site). One will leave from Titahi Bay and one from central Porirua at regular intervals, there will be return minibuses to take you back too. You can also walk or cycle there along the coastal walkway, or over the hill down Whitireia Road.
We’ve added some great new activities for land dwellers as well, or for when you’ve finished snorkelling. Anyone aged 8 and above can snorkel (equipment provided) and the land activities are suitable for all ages!
Check the event pages for more information.

Poll: Should drivers retake the theory test every 10 years?
Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?
Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱
