Hello Neighbours
Our son has embarked on his first ever business aged 9. He loves growing plants. He has been super excited about raising these delicious 'babies' to sell to his neighbours - Broad beans, onions, corn, calendula, sweet pea flowers, butter crunch lettuce rocket, kale. He is operating an honesty box system. The plants are priced at 50c a plant. A punnet of six plants is $3. We hope to see you in William Street soon.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
