Kerrie from Island Bay

Kia ora Neighbours- Anyone interested in being part of the Island Bay
Community Garage Sale - December 8th @ St Francis De Sales Melrose Rd I am taking names to reverse a space either table size , clothes rack/stand or car boot space. It will be run as a Koha to the church event I am still waiting on area measurements so we know exactly how many we can fit. There is a bit of interest so if you need to have a clean out before Christmas or the kids need to earn some Christmas pocket money dad and mum have been hoarding in the shed or Nana has those preserves that need to be eaten come and join us. The day will ran from as early as you would like to turn up till 4pm.
Waiting on confirmation of access to the hall on the Friday 07/12 night so we can set up then. Nga mihi

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.

Ruth from Aro Valley

Can anyone give advice on how to do this? I have already reported the interference to the neighbourly team.
