Hi there
Gentle reminder that the Brooklyn Community Market will be held this weekend, Saturday 22 September.
I am a certified yoga instructor and will be leading a yoga class at the base of Central Park on the grass opposite the fountain on Saturday morning @ 10.30 am.
(Weather dependent - forecast indicates showers in the early morning, but becoming fine later in the morning. I will post another update on Friday to confirm weather conditions).
This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will continue at the Brooklyn Community Center Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:
29 September 2018
6, 13, 20 and 27 October 2018
3, 10, 17 and 24 November 2018
1, 15 and 22 December 2018
(no class 8 December 2018 - Brooklyn Community Market)
(Classes will continue on a regular basis with the exception of holidays).
Parking available in the community center car park.
(Just a gentle note, I will be teaching a class at Aro Valley Community Center on Saturday 22 September at 9 am).
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me directly. Updates will also be listed on face book (Blue Ocean Yoga).
All levels welcome, $5 drop in. Please bring your mat!
Look forward to seeing you there.
Kind regards
Jenn
Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
