Elderly lady looking for rental
Am posting on behalf of an elderly friend. She is looking for a long term rental, 2 bedroom preferably, in Greenmeadows or Taradale area. Very careful and quiet tenant. Has no pets and she is a non smoker. She has been our neighbour for the last 5 years, and we will be sad to see her go, but the house she is in is 2 storey and very large. Too much for her now. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
