I have a spacious 1 bedroom flat for rent under my house that has just been freshly painted and has near new carpets. Warm and cozy with heating, fully insulated, plenty of storage space , walk in wardrobe and bathroom ensuite. Fully self contained with Kitchenette. looking for someone special to share this beautiful organic land with, prefer working professionals. Very private and quiet, down ROW on cul-de-sac. OSP. Sorry No pets. Single mum plus 2 cats live upstairs. Rent is $330 pw, includes power and water. The flat come unfurnished but can arrange couches.
