Join in Neighbours Day Aotearoa

Neighbourhood Support Nelson

Get your neighbours together to celebrate Neighbours Day Aotearoa in March and enter our Neighbours Day voucher draw.
Enter the draw for a $50 meat pack voucher, a $40 bakery voucher, or a weekend hire of a waterblaster, weedeater or trailer for a neighbourhood event or project. To be eligible the event must bring neighbours together and must be held before the end of April 2018. It must also be your first Neighbours Day event.
To enter, complete the attached entry form (choose either the PDF or word document) and get it to Neighbourhood Support Nelson by February 28. The winners will be drawn on March 1.
Neighbours Day Aotearoa weekend is on March 24 and 25.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
