Community Wisdom Needed-We need Table settings, glasses, serving platters for fundraising event...
RE: Table setting needed for 100-130 people and serving dishes.
NBYTRA -Nelson Bays Youth Teams Racing . 420 teams racing, Nelson high school teams.
We are hosting youth from all over the South Island for a weekend of sailing and racing .Part of that is a formal dinner on the 24th March 2018 which will be for 100-130 people.
We have been quoted over 1000$ for the rental of knives forks spoons plates etc etc ...plus serving platters, Bay Marine etc...
Does anyone know a community group that may have catering equipment that we can borrow or rent? We could do all the work ,pick up and drop back and of cource pay for any breakages if any. We are happy to make a donation...
Please contact Deanna Douglas at
sailing.nz@hotmail.com with any ideas or help.
This is also a fundraising event to help pay for maintenance on boats and new sails etc etc.
