David Seymour EOLC Bill passed first reading in Parliament, now at Justice Select committee for tweaking
This is an issue for all of us. The Select committee wants to hear from the public so make a submission...this doesnt need to be lengthy, just give your thoughts and (hopefully) support \. Go to www.yestodignity.org.nz... click on the make a submission tab and this will take you directly to the parliamentary website where you can make your submission. Also the waikato branch is having a public meeting on sunday 21st Jan at CCS building 17 Claudlands Rd Hamilton 2 to 4 pm where there will be discussion about the Bill and also whats happening in other countries. come and be informed.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
