We have a room available in our 3 bedroom home for one person rent/board fully furnished from the 12th December 2017 to the 20th January 2018, Our Home is not a party house, no pets, non smokers and no drugs.
Situated in Ohauiti, Tauranga, bus stop on the corner 3 minute walk 10 minutes to Tauranga city and the Crossing and Bayfair and to the Beach by car.
I am putting it out there as may be people/someone is coming to see friends or family over the Xmas period and may need a place to stay.
Rent negotiable - this is now short term only.
