Bodies Alive Training grand opening!

We’ve had a fantastic month since opening! So we’re celebrating with a grand opening party this Saturday 2nd December. We're kicking off with a fun, free intro boot camp at 9am, refreshments and an open gym, plus everybody who registers could win a training package worth $300!

Big gyms can be scary places where you’re made to feel that you have to look or dress a certain way just to fit in. At Bodies Alive Training we make you feel welcome no matter what your level of fitness, in a safe, friendly environment.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
