Dance Yourself Happy
Dance Yourself Happy, put on another awesome session for our Manukau East community last night. For those who haven’t been along to our NO CHARGE dance-to-get-fit sessions, Dance Yourself Happy, is free-form. There are no instructors, no planned steps or moves, no choreography, no memorisation required, no goals, no expected form or sequence. Our Dance Yourself Happy founder Mari Pettersson, pre-records a playlist of eclectic songs and music from a wide range of genres and different eras. You can be assured she chooses music that's very danceable, and lots of fun!
