Why these flowers to advertise Toastmasters?
It took a lot of effort to actually paint them and it might look good, yet it can always get better.
That's what it is with speaking in public or at meetings. Only you know, what you could have done better. Or maybe need feedback of what is good and advice where to focus on to present even better.
