Hi, we are looking for a mature (35+), tidy and considerate female, non-smoking, to rent a good sized room with in-build wardrobe in a lovely, modern, sunny, spacious three story house in St Davids St in Lyttelton. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and two lounge spaces.. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and spacious. It has extensive decks, vege garden, fruit trees and great views. The cost is $150 plus $20 for power, unlimited internet and gas per week. You will be sharing the house with three females, 44, 61 and 20 years old. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
