Nutrition seminar
Hi everyone. We are holding a nutrition seminar THIS Thursday 23rd from 7.00 to 8.00 pm at our studio gym in Woolston, to be taken by registered Nutritionist Bek Parry. The evening will feature a lecture from Bek on basic principles of healthy eating for weight management, general health, vitality and exercise. There will be a power point presentation outlining all this and more and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take notes of the key facts as we go along. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
