Papanui High School Bee Keeping Course
Are your fruit trees not yeilding sufficient fruit? Is your garden short of bees? Do you want to contribute to the environment by having a bee hive in your back yard. Then come along to this introductory course being held at Papanui High School on Tuesday evenings beginning 14 February 7-9 pm for 8 weeks at a cost $131. The course will cover beehive construction, managing a beehive and information on recognition of diseases. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
