Buses detouring for Kaiapoi Santa Parade Saturday 3 December

​On Saturday 3rd December the Blue Line, 951 & 952 buses will detour away from part of Williams St between 8am and 4pm while the Kaiapoi Santa Parade is on. Between 8am and 12pm buses travelling towards Rangiora (Blue Line), Pegasus (951) and Waikuku (952) will detour off Williams St onto Hilton St, Black St and Raven Quay back onto Williams St to continue the normal route. Buses travelling towards the Kaiapoi (951 & 952) and the city (Blue Line) will detour off Williams St onto Raven Quay, Black St and Hilton St back onto Williams St to continue the normal route. Between 12pm and 4pm the detour will be extended and buses travelling towards Rangiora, Pegasus and Waikuku will depart from stop 12227 on Williams St detouring onto Ohoka Rd, Island Rd, Cosgrove Rd, the motorway, Lineside​ Rd, Smith St and Charles St back onto Williams St to continue the normal route. Buses travelling towards Kaiapoi and the city will detour off Williams St onto Charles St, Smith St, the motorway, Ohoka Rd and Vickery St back onto Williams St to continue the normal route. All bus stops along Williams St between Ohoka Rd and Charles St will be closed during this time. View detour map below.
