With over 25 years of experience in the building and construction industry, both in New Zealand and abroad, I have developed a strong set of skills and competencies that enable me to excel in my role. 

I am a Licensed Building Practitioner (AOP) Design, LBP Design 2 and 3, and have a comprehensive understanding of the construction documentation, drawings, and processes from beginning to completion. 

Additionally, I have a keen interest and expertise in Architectural Design, which helps me to deliver innovative and functional solutions for the projects. I work on and deliver projects that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders, and that reflect the values and vision of our company.

I have also worked as a Project Manager and a Contracts Manager on various sites, where I gained valuable experience in preparing and evaluating "schedule of quantities" estimates, managing construction expenditures and production, and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. 

I am passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, and ensuring that our projects are executed with integrity, professionalism, and excellence. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, who share my commitment and enthusiasm for delivering quality construction outcomes.

As an Architectural – Design Manager, I am responsible for managing the design and contracts aspects of small-to large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
