STRONG Nation® is a high-intensity workout that uniquely synchronises exercise movements to music beats, enhancing motivation and performance. While it incorporates High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) elements, the program emphasises the seamless integration of bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric movements with specifically designed music.
