We had a storage space at Kiwi Self Storage Northland for six months. We didn't know when our container would arrive. Kiwi Self Storage helped us calculate the sufficient but smallest storage space. Payment / contract started with the arrival of the items in the warehouse. Communication was always friendly and helpful. When we moved out, the warehouse was opened by Kiwi Self Storage for our moving company without our presence. All communication took place via email. The final billing was carried out on a daily basis. I can't imagine any better storage. Thank you doubleChris and everyone else for our smooth start in NZ.

Kiwi Storage are excellent. They have great storage options available and are responsive with their communication. Having someone on-site is a bonus. They also offer packaging for storage to protect items - the mattress covers were worth it. We can’t recommend them highly enough if you are looking for storage space.

Customer service side of things are good. Facilities are well maintained and security is 100% and to know that your items are safe and sound. upgrading or down siding of storage units is brilliant because when there is availability you can move without a problem or waiting and that is what we experienced.
We’ve been keeping our stuff in storage with Kiwi Self Storage for the last 8+ months while being overseas. The process to sign up and get all our stuff there was quick and simple. The facility is great, clean and secure.
Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough (Northshore) - from the beginning they were so helpful and gave me a great deal. I had 2 storage units for 20 months and even through the flooding and cyclones - all my storage was safe and dry. Nothing was ever too difficult for them and they were always happy to help. An amazing facility on our doorstep. Needed short notice storage due to elderly parents going into care and Kiwi Self Storage were awesome in sorting and assisting me with this.
