I love to work with individuals who want to connect to their truth to create positive changes in their life.

I am Tuia Marama your Tohunga Hā (healer)
I am of Samoan, English and Maori descent.
Ko Tauwhare te maunga,
Ko Waipatukahu te awa,

Tuia means to weave and bind and it also refers to the intangible bonds established between people when they work together. Marama represents the moon and also understanding.
I grew up in the North Island of Aotearoa, New Zealand in the country. Nature was my playground.
I love connecting with the elements, the ocean, rivers,
digging in the garden or walking in the forest.
My own journey of healing from childhood sexual abuse informs my work, helping people discover the gift that they are in this world.
I offer you a compassionate heart with understanding and non- judgement,
encouraging acceptance, awareness, emotional intelligence, expansiveness, love, safety and belonging.
We are not our wounds. We can heal and reclaim our power, our lives.
