This auction is a fundraiser for the Whale Song project planned for Kapiti. Whale Song is a compilation of a family pod of seven humpback whales, cast in bronze in full size. The largest will be the matriarch at 24 metres long with the baby humpback at 8metres long. This massive undertaking is the vision of Kapiti artist Mike Fuller. The projects highly skilled support team includes Sir Richard Taylor and Weta Workshop, the engineering team at BECA NZ and is partnered with Kapiti Coast Distict Council and Puketapu ki Paraparaumu Te Atiawa.

This auction is to encourage a donation of $2,500-$3,500 to Whale Song for which you will receive a gift of a solid bronze mounted limited edition (one of 20) single Whale Song maquette (pictured). You will also receive a 33% Tax Deduction Receipt for your donation.
