An opportunity for the community to pitch in to help clean up an extraordinary amount of rubbish, as a result of excessive hoarding and other people adding their rubbish to this 80 year old pensioner's property....no judgement on the how did it get like this. Lets just help Mr T, the neighbourhood and the community in cleaning up a property where things have just got totally out of hand. If left in the current state, the situation is a risk to everyone's safety and health, it will be impacting property values, doing nothing for community pride, and have higher costs and persoanl consequences in the end.

Use of funds
Excavator hire, skip hire, personal protective equipment for volunteers, traffic management.
Funds will be paid to Steve Templar who is the brother of Mr T (Templar).

As you can see work has started at Mr Ts, the contractors are in clearing the property. So much work by Mr T and his family behind the scenes to get this across the line. Thank you again for all you support
