For most households with one dog, we recommend weekly service. For households with multiple dogs, twice-weekly service may be more appropriate. We can help you determine the best schedule during your free first clean.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don't need to be home. We'll need access to your yard, which can be arranged during your initial consultation. We document our arrival and departure with photos for your peace of mind.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?
We understand that plans change. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can contact us by phone or email to make changes to your scheduled service.

How do you handle waste disposal
We double-bag all waste and either place it in your bin if available or leave it at your door if requested. We use veterinary-grade disinfectant on any affected areas to ensure your yard is clean and sanitary.
What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?
We provide service rain or shine! However, in cases of extreme weather conditions, we may contact you to reschedule for safety reasons.
